I have moved into a new-build property through UK Sansar Estate Agency, and because it is a brand new build, there were a few things that needed fixing. They have an amazing system that allows you to forward the problem and attach photos. They were very fast in sending out a very knowledgeable and friendly maintenance engineer who not only fixed all the faults but also took the time to show me about the fan system and even sent manuals across to me! An amazing person, and I can only say I 100% recommend this agency.

I heard about this Uk Sansar Estate agency through a friend, and I’m so glad I chose them. They handled our property professionally from start to finish. The staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable, which made all the paperwork straightforward and stress-free.
The property was let within just two weeks, including staging, paperwork, and finding good tenants. We received regular updates at every stage, and everything was done promptly and efficiently. After many years, I’ve finally found the right estate agents and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I would never use these again! We didn't know if we would pass the credit check but they made us still feel hopeful as we were very honest & upfront with them about this!
When they got back to us after vast referencing they said we failed overall. We knew job etc were good & references from the landlord also. Been here nearly 8 years & don't owe a penny. I offered to find a Guarantor or pay 6 months in advance but was told. "We don't do that"
Their choice so we accepted that & wanted to move on.
I have since asked for a copy of the check they did & been ignored.
I requested my holding deposit back after they told me it would be on its way after we sent bank details which they already had, but sent again anyway.
Called them again today & still no answer (which is standard) about 3 times then immediately after i used my sons phone & they answered straight away. Clearly they were ignoring my number!
Still no money back & after being promised a phone call back today to sort this out, Still nothing!
All i have done is chase these people.
They use Openrent to get tenants also but use a mans name rather than their agency name.
Thankfully we have gone with a reputable company now & everything is so straightforward.

Avoid This Estate Agency At All Cost!!

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Uk Sansar Estate Agency completely. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were interested in a property in Coventry that was advertised with a 0% deposit scheme, which was a key reason for our interest. However, this turned out to be completely misleading and false advertising. From the start, we were told we had to pay £325 just to begin referencing checks, which seemed high, but we went along with it hoping the rest would be straightforward.

Then things got worse. They demanded another £975 plus £1300 upfront, which was supposed to cover one month’s rent before we even got the keys. We were told to contact them on 31/12/2025 to make this payment, but when we tried reaching out on that day and the following days, our calls and messages were ignored or went unanswered. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, the property listings on different websites were all over the place. Some said “Let Agreed,” others said “Available to Let” with the 0 deposit scheme still advertised. We kept chasing them for clarity and updates, but they kept giving us vague answers or no response at all. Eventually, we discovered that the property had already been let to someone else, yet they continued to string us along, trying to get money for a place that wasn’t even available anymore.

This agency wasted our time and caused us unnecessary stress. We had turned down other properties because this one suited our needs perfectly, only to be left in limbo with no resolution. Their dishonesty and lack of transparency are shocking. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Uk Sansar Estate Agency. They are unprofessional, misleading, and completely unreliable. I would give zero stars if it were possible. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any estate agency. Avoid at all costs!
